The internet has many home made remedy sites and recipes to copy.
Go to
Lehmans.com for hard-to-find tools, such as a charcoal heated
iron, kerosene
lamps, cook stoves, many non- electrical items
amazing stuff.
Buy a copy of Carla Emery's
Encyclopedia of Country Living
it says it all.
I view my book collection as a vital investment for
the future.
Note: I bought a binder and plastic insert protectors to keep my
favorite
topics and hard copies for easy reference. I made one for each of
these
subjects;
- basic survival
- home remedies , homeopathic, holistic,
herbal, and first aid
- cooking (of ), dehydrating, and the
preserving of foods
- soap and candle making and other useful
crafts as knitting and crocheting
More may be added according to your preferences and concerns.
