Medicine Tips

Be sure to check the shelf life of any product and rotate them carefully.
You will make four categories; over the counter , prescription , personal
and home made remedies. This is a very general list; only you can make a
complete list of the very necessary item you must have.

  • Aspirin

  • Tylenol

  • Pain killers of any kind

  • Sinus tablets

  • Cold and flu tabs

  • Antacids, Zantac or related ones

  • Cough syrups

  • Antibiotics

  • Penicillin

  • Ibuprofen

  • Antibacterial soaps

  • Liniments and salves; Stock up , as they have a long shelf life

  • Herbs and roots, to make tinctures, they also have a long shelf life.

  • Table salt ; is cheap and can be used as a gargle for sore throat, canker
sores or simply to brush your teeth,

  • Baby aspirin and other medicines only for baby. Check with your doctor.

Resources:
Good Books; such as Grey’s Anatomy, A Complete Guide to Natural Healing,
the best I’ve ever found , the format is excellent and short ) , and any
other book you find interesting and informative.

Take a course in First aid; Most are free.

The American Red Cross has excellent helps.

Anyone can do this. It takes time, study, research and patience, but well
worth the effort. Thanks, and God bless you! The rest is up to the good
Lord.
